Purchasing Instructions

HOW TO ORDER

For sales inquiries, click on the Sales Inquiry e-mail link at the bottom of this page or the catalog page and email us the item number & description, along with your NAME & SHIPPING ADDRESS. We will contact you to complete the sale via email and give you the total amount including shipping & insurance.

We have two methods of payment, depending on how you choose to pay:

1) Prepayment by mailing your check, money order or certified funds directly to us at:

Money orders or certified checks are shipped immediately;
personal checks are held until cleared.

2) For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express through PayPal, a secure on-line bank for processing credit cards. We will send you an invoice via e-mail then you pay it directly on-line through PayPal.

We are a PayPal Verified member.

If the total invoice is less than $250, you do NOT have to become a verified member. If the sale is over this amount, you will have to go through their verification process. Otherwise, you may just sign up for a personal account; you do not need a business or premier account to pay invoices with your checking account or credit card.

Shipping

We ship all of our products via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail with insurance for all orders within the continental United States, unless otherwise requested. If you wish special shipping such as over-night, please note that in your e-mail request.

You will receive an E-mail confirmation showing your total cost, ship date & tracking number.
E-mail confirmation and shipping is usually the next business day.
